Tigard Woman to compete at Mrs. Oregon America Pageant

Lisa Declercque was selected as Mrs. Washington County America 2023 in September 2022. As a local delegate, she will compete for the Mrs. Oregon America and Mrs. Oregon American crown on May 6 in Salem at the historic Elsinore Theater. 

Declercque, a native Oregonian, graduated with a Psychology and Spanish degree from Western Oregon University with honors. She also graduated with an Educational Specialist in School Psychology degree from Lewis & Clark College. 

Declercque lives in Tigard with her husband of 15 years, Kevin, her healthcare hero. Together they have two daughters. Lisa loves spending time with her family, music, reading, being outside, paddleboarding, kayaking, and she will complete her 5th sprint triathlon this April. She enjoys almost any sport, watching her children at piano recitals and watching them compete in Track, Basketball, and Softball.

As Mrs. Washington County, she has committed her time and energy to bring awareness of free resources for grief support for children, young adults, and families. She has been providing support to one resource through bi-weekly volunteering as a co-facilitator for a grief support group.
