Viva Tualatin Returns July 11 with Music, Food, Culture, and Family Fun

The City of Tualatin will once again celebrate the community’s rich cultural diversity with ¡Viva Tualatin!, a free festival set for Saturday, July 11, from 2 to 8pm at Tualatin Community Park.
The family-friendly event will showcase Latino culture through live music, dance, food, art and interactive activities for all ages.
This year’s entertainment lineup includes a concert by Grupo Mparable, traditional Aztec dance performances by Danza Azteca Huitzilopochtli, and Ballet Folklórico and Charrería demonstrations presented by Comunidad y Herencia Cultural.
Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of delicious food, from authentic street tacos and savory Latin American favorites to sweet treats and refreshing beverages. Local artisans and vendors will also offer handcrafted jewelry, clothing, artwork, and unique cultural goods for sale.

Families will find plenty of activities throughout the day, including a mini parade, giant water slide, slip n slide, mechanical bull, lawn games, liquid chalk art and a large community coloring mural. Additional attractions include craft stations, face painting and free children’s books.
Admission to ¡Viva Tualatin! is free, and everyone is invited to attend.
