Bull Mountain Connect was formed in January 2024. We are a small group of local moms working to unite neighbors. Our goal is to advocate for safety and livability as new homeless projects are considered for Tigard. We urge the City to take a data-informed approach to reducing local homelessness while minimizing the impact on tax-paying residents and those most vulnerable, our children.
