Shelly Wells, an outside sales professional for FASTSIGNS® of Tigard, was named Catherine Monson Salesperson of the Year at the 14th Annual FASTSIGNS Outside Sales Summit. This prestigious award recognizes Wells’ outstanding contributions to the FASTSIGNS brand, including her impressive sales performance and dedication to mentorship.

With over 14 years of experience at FASTSIGNS of Tigard, Wells has consistently exceeded sales goals and received numerous awards, including The Diamond Award for achieving over $2 million in individual sales. Her ability to build strong relationships with clients and her willingness to share her expertise have made her a valuable asset to the FASTSIGNS team.

“Winning this award is a huge honor,” said Wells. “It’s not just about achieving the highest sales; it’s about mentorship and collaboration within the FASTSIGNS system, where I’ve built meaningful relationships with salespeople at all levels and am always willing to share the insights I’ve gained over 14 years.”

I believe in relating to others and being kind.” She credits her childhood spent working alongside her dad, a farmer who had her picking berries at age five, for teaching her the importance of hard work and integrity.
