On April 2nd, Rise Church hosted a Neighborhood Bake Sale in the church parking lot. The Bake Sale raised over $4,400.00. All proceeds went to Medical Teams International to support the relief efforts in the Ukraine. Everything was given and taken on a donation basis. “People were very generous. It wasn’t so much about the baked goods as supporting a good cause. “ said Julie Gage the event organizer.

In addition to baked goods, handmade soap was donated, children set up a lemonade stand and sold ornaments, key chains and jewelry decorated with the colors of the Ukraine.

Rise Church would like to thank the neighborhood for their support. Together we can do great things.
