First, we would like to thank Laura and Laurie for trusting us on this adventure. This has been such an exciting time for us. Not only meeting all the fantastic customers that already frequent The Filling Station, but building new relationships and integrating further into our community. We have been overwhelmed with everyone’s support and continued business. We couldn’t be more grateful.
We officially took over the filling station on September 1. Since then, we have been working really hard to breathe new life into the store. While we have kept most of the items you’ve come to know, we have added a ton of new and fun products. As pet owners ourselves, we are always looking for new toys and treats to keep our pets entertained and stimulated. With the rainy fall season ahead of us, we have been bringing in items that will help to keep your pets busy! On top of that, we will be receiving new rain jackets and fun holiday gear. We encourage and welcome everyone to stop by and take a look around or grab one of our free treats for your pets and, of course, chocolates for you, too.
Here are a few things to mention about our store and how we can serve you and your pet. Your kibble, freeze-dried, and raw food purchases are tracked within your account so you can earn a free bag through our frequent buyer’s program (same size/same brand). All cases (12 cans or more) of wet food receive a 10% discount at checkout. We strive to have the best prices in town and will price match with other stores within a 10-mile radius. Also, we have a drive-thru for easy food pickup, and we offer delivery within a 5-mile radius of the store. Lastly, if you need help finding what you are looking for, please ask a team member to see if we can special order it at no extra cost.
We wanted to let everyone know, as mentioned in the last article, we will be changing our name. We have decided to name the store after two of our pets. The new name will be Janis and Jack’s Pet Supply! Right now, we are creating our logo and getting proof designs done for our sign. This will all happen very soon, and we’re excited for everyone to see our new sign and logo.
