Week-long event scheduled for July 12 – 18 in Downtown Tigard
The Tigard Downtown Alliance (TDA) is very excited to be bringing back our signature ArtWalk Festival this year July 12-18th in Downtown Tigard.
We are excited to be able to bring back live events to Downtown Tigard and, although they may look a little different than when we last got together, we think we have planned an exciting week of events to collectively enjoy.
Since 2014, the TDA has been committed to cultivating a diverse, thriving, inclusive downtown with opportunities to experience unique marketplaces and memorable activities for both residents and visitors.
Over the past seven years, we have established cornerstone downtown events, coordinated community projects, and worked hard to create a place where we would all want to visit and spend time.
The mechanics of planning an event in 2021 are certainly different than they have ever been, but we think this year’s schedule includes some of our strongest offerings yet. We truly cannot wait to bring a celebration back to the streets of our community and look forward to seeing you and this year’s events including:
$25 Art Sale
The $25 sale features work by budding artists, local talent, and artists of notable fame. All works are priced at $25 on a first-come, first-served basis and are displayed anonymously.

Don’t miss the chance to meet the artists behind your favorite art pieces!
First Annual Brush Off!
A ticketed event during which guests watch up to 10 painters complete a painting on the same theme in 3 hours.
Pop Up Art Market
A place for you to discover local artists and decorate your home at the same time!
Live Performances
Live performances by some of the best artists and performers in the area!
Scavenger Hunts
Fun scavenger hunt activities to take you around downtown and view the art on display.
Family Activities
We have storytelling, book/author readings, poetry, painted rock activities, and kids stories.
Chalk Your Neighborhood
Create great chalk art in your neighborhood, take photos and tag the Tigard Arts Council, @exploredowntowntigard and use hashtag #TigardArtWalk2021 to create a virtual gallery.
