Knepper, a lifelong resident of Washington County, has resided in Tigard for the past 18 years. This extensive local background has provided him with deep-rooted connections within the community, enabling him to immediately and proactively make a meaningful impact.
“Downtown Tigard holds immense potential, and I am excited to work alongside the dedicated team of the TDA to drive growth and create a dynamic environment for the community, businesses, and visitors,” said Knepper.
In his new role, Knepper will oversee various initiatives aimed at enhancing the downtown experience, including streetscape enhancements, events, and community engagement projects. His leadership is set to propel Tigard’s downtown district to new heights, drawing inspiration from his previous successes in community engagement and economic development.
